WACO System welcomes three new members

The WACO System has appointed three new members across the Americas and along the Silk Road, to be officially welcomed at its Annual General Meeting (AGM).

ITN Logistics is the new Canadian member, Trans Global Projects (TGP) is the new member for Azerbaijan and ACE Logistics Bel has been appointed in Belarus, and they will be welcomed into the WACO family during the AGM taking place at Hotel Balneario Las Arenas in Valencia on 24-26 April.

WACO System executive director, Richard Charles says: “The WACO System is proud to be the oldest independent network in the world, and we continue to grow our presence globally with the addition of local experts with a proven track record in the world’s most dynamic economies.”

ITN is an independent global logistics provider and single source for all transportation and logistics requirements.

Managing director Ian Kennedy says: “The ITN Group of companies is very much looking forward to joining The WACO System. We are excited to find new business partners but more importantly new friends.”

TGP offers services including customs clearance, port handling, vessel agency, local transportation and international transport by road, sea/river and air.

Regional director, Azer Aliyev says: “TGP looks forward to being a member of the WACO network and the opportunities it brings for us in Azerbaijan and globally, as part of this extensive network.”

ACE was founded in 2011 and provides air, sea and road transport services as well as various warehousing and logistics solutions.

Managing director, Ignas Puluikis says: “We are delighted to represent Belarus, a developing country with great potential that is at the crossroads of the European Union and the Russian Federation, and we look forward to working with our new partners in the network.”
