Following the launch of its Tel Aviv-São Paulo-Santiago de Chile service, LATAM will be the only carrier to operate flights between Israel and Latin America.

It will operate the Tel Aviv-São Paulo-Santiago de Chile service with a Boeing 787 aircraft three times a week from December 2018.

The service connects Tel Aviv, Israel to Santiago, Chile via São Paulo, Brazil.

LATAM CEO, Jerome Cadier, says: “This is a unique service across much of Latin America. No other airline connects Latin America with Israel. Travellers from Israel, for example, will now be able to travel with ease to Brazil, Argentina and Chile with this new flight.”

LATAM Airlines continues to evaluate and develop new routes in order to meet with passenger needs. In 2017, LATAM Airlines inaugurated 13 new international routes. For 2018, the airline has announced a further 14 international routes, including flights to Rome, which began in March as well as new operations to Las Vegas (June), Boston (July) and Tel Aviv (December).
