Hiran Perera joins SASI World as Senior Advisor Freighters

Stan Wraight President and CEO of SASI World has announced the appointment of Hiran Perera as a Senior Advisor to SASI World.

Hiran joins SASI World after a long and successful career with Emirates Sky Cargo where as SVP he lead the team responsible for all freighter activities plus revenue and capacity management. Hiran will assist SASI World as it grows its global practise and expansion into new markets. Hiran will join the team to ensure optimal fleet exploitation possibilities for our customers with both all-cargo operations and mixed passenger and all cargo fleets as well.

Decisions on fleet type and gauge, new build or conversions and ensuring the right aircraft for the customers strategy are critical, as are decisions on purchase, dry or finance lease or ACMI. Hiran brings the experience that only his many years in the industry as the responsible manager can bring.

SASI Worlds existing management team consists of senior executives who have lead as CEO or C suite management having held the highest level of accountability for airlines globally. This broad, successful and practical experience in strategy, marketing, operations and fleet optimisation is perfectly positioned with Hiran joining the team to assist our clients to achieve the highest possible revenue and margins from the market.
