To share their experience with building an innovative air cargo strategy that enables sustainable growth in today’s digital world, Air Cargo Belgium and Nallian, powered by TIACA, are organising a unique collaborative Masterclass for airport executives. The objective is to empower airports to take their air cargo strategy to the next level, leveraging testimonials from pioneering airports such as Brussels Airport, Heathrow, Vienna Airport and Liege Airport and stakeholders such as WFS and DHL Global Forwarding.

Interactive workshop

Brussels Airport head of cargo Steven Polmans, explains: “We are getting more and more questions from airports around the world who wish to learn from what we have done in terms of innovation, community building and our digital journey with BRUcloud. This Masterclass is organised for those airports who are looking to build an innovative air cargo strategy, but still hesitating on where to get started or how to accelerate. We want this to be an interactive workshop in which we can share experience, discuss and learn from each other.”
From strategic to practical, the workshop will explore all aspects of such an air cargo strategy innovation track. Next to Polmans senior air cargo executives from, amongst others, Heathrow, Vienna Airport and Liege Airport will share their vision and lessons learned. Also ground handler WFS and freight forwarder DHL will share their experience with being part of the air cargo community. Data sharing specialist Nallian will shed light on how cloud-based data sharing is facilitating this collaboration.
The Masterclass will take place from Wednesday 30 to Thursday 31 January at BRUcargo’s Air Cargo Academy in Brussels. On Friday, an additional half day is planned to dive extra deep into BRUcloud, with live demos of the applications. The Masterclass is targeted to senior airport executives.
