Allcargo Logistics Ltd, India’s largest integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions provider, has announced the appointments of VS Parthasarathy, former Group CFO and CIO of Mahindra & Mahindra, and Martin Mueller, a Swiss national and a former Partner at global consulting giant McKinsey, as independent directors on its board.
Mueller and Parthasarathy have also joined the board of Allcargo’s wholly-owned subsidiary ECU Worldwide, the Belgian multinational that operates the Group’s global operations with presence in over 160 markets. ECU Worldwide is the world’s largest less-than-cargo load (LCL) consolidator.
