AZura International (a trading name of A-Z Group Limited) is delighted to announce the Air Cargo Week World Air Cargo Awards 2020, together with details of the sponsorship and promotional opportunities they provide.

Inaugurated in 2007, these Awards recognise excellence across a wide range of activities within the global air cargo industry; qualities that will be acknowledged and rewarded at a fantastic Gala Dinner to be held on Wednesday 17 June 2020 during the Air Cargo China 2020 exhibition and conference in Shanghai, China.

Category Sponsorship Package

Each category sponsorship costs £10,000.

The sponsoring company will benefit from:

  • 1 x table of 10 in a prime position at the Awards Gala Dinner evening;
  • The Sponsor will have the opportunity to make a one minute speech; announce the winner of their sponsored category, plus present the Award to the winner;
  • The Sponsor’s logo will be shown in high-resolution on the large LED stage screen during the one minute speech and the presentation of the Award for their particular category;
  • Continuous international publicity in Air Cargo Week and ACW Digital from the launch of the Awards campaign until its conclusion;
  • The Sponsor’s logo will be present on the Awards page of aircargoweek.com;
  • 1 x Junior Page WACA promotional advertisement in Air Cargo Week and ACW Digital; designed in-house using a head and shoulders photograph of a senior executive of the sponsor, and up to 100 words of text;
  • 1 x Tabloid Page advertisement* (digital only) placed in ACW Digital; any issue of your choice during 2020.
  • The Sponsor’s logo will appear alongside the Official Winners’ Photograph (taken at the Award ceremony) in the final edition of ACW Daily News and the first edition of Air Cargo Week and ACW Digital after the event.
  • 1 x promotional email announcing the Sponsor to the industry; designed in-house and sent to the ACW Digital subscriber database – approximately 7,000 contacts;
  • The Sponsor’s logo and company profile (up to 50 words) will appear in the Official Awards Programme which will be placed on each seating place at the Gala Dinner;
  • The Sponsor’s logo will appear on all promotional emails from the launch of the Awards until its conclusion;
  • The Sponsor will receive editorial coverage in Air Cargo Week and ACW Digital with formal interviews and photographs (pre and post-event);
  • Sponsor’s logo to appear on all promotional advertisements from the launch of the event until its conclusion;
  • The Sponsor will receive extensive promotion on Air Cargo Week’s social media platforms – before, during and after the event: Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook

  • Sponsor’s logo / company branding printed on helium balloons (AZura to supply)
  • Balloons to be placed in bunches around the perimeter of the ballroom
  • 1 x table of 10 places in a prime position at the Awards Gala Dinner
  • Continuous international publicity in ACW and ACWDigital from the launch of the Awards campaign until its conclusion
  • Company logo present on the Awards website

Goody bags: £7,000

  • Sponsor buys the right to display and distribute their branded goody bags at the Gala Dinner (to be sourced and supplied by the sponsor – no alcohol permitted and contents to be AZura International approved). The size of the goody bag must also be approved by AZura International.
  • A table will be made available to the sponsor at the exit of the ballroom to display and distribute the goody bags at the end of the evening
  • Sponsor has the right to supply 2 x staff members who may be dressed in corporate uniform or branding to hand out the goody bags at the end of the evening
  • 1 x table of 10 places in a prime position at the Awards Gala Dinner
  • Continuous international publicity in ACW and ACWDigital from the launch of the Awards campaign until its conclusion
  • Company logo present on the Awards website

  • 2 x magicians will perform close-up magic acts around the venue during the Champagne
