For the first time Boeing shareholders will hold a virtual annual meeting due to public health impact of the coronavirus pandemic. The meeting will be held online at 9am central time on April 27.
Shareholders at the close of business on the record date, February 27, 2020, are entitled to attend the annual meeting.
