Emirates will restart services to Conakry on 30 October after a two year absence, using a Boeing 777-300ER.

The route will offer 20 tonnes of cargo capacity through Emirates SkyCargo with exports expected to include seafood, fruit, vegetables and textiles, and imports include mobile phones, pharmaceuticals and mining equipment.

The flight will depart Dubai at 07.25h on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, landing in Conakry at 13.40h. It will leave Conakry at 15.10h and land in Senegal’s capital, Dakar at 16.35h before departing again at 18.05h and arriving back in Dubai at 07.35h the next morning.

Emirates had started services to the capital of Guinea in October 2013 on a Dubai – Conakry – Dakar – Dubai route but suspended services in August 2014 “after a review of its operations”.
