Icelandair’s freight tonne kilometres (FTKs) grew by one per cent in April this year compared to the same month last year.
The Iceland carrier carries freight on two Boeing freighters and has an expansive belly operation and FTKs were 8.7 million in the month, up on the 8.6 million in April last year.
In the first four months of the year, Icelandair’s FTKs were down four per cent to 33.6 million from the 35.1 million in the same period in 2016.
