Singapore based freight network IFC8 has significantly enhanced the benefits its members enjoy and greatly expanded its global reach thanks to its full association with WCAworld.

IFC8 is a global freight forwarding network encompassing 202 members across 68 countries. Since its establishment in Singapore in 2016 by experienced industry professionals Serene Kam and Rachel Tjong, IFC8 has delivered on its promise to offer members a close-knit boutique network enjoying big benefits.

Having held a long-standing positive working relationship with WCAworld, IFC8 management recognized the power of working together to offer members industry-leading benefits while maintaining the network’s unique characteristics and the close-working relationships between each member company.

Becoming WCAworld’s newest network opens up the extensive member benefits of WCAworld to IFC8s existing members, including access to business opportunities across WCAworld’s 12,100 member office network, enhanced financial protection and fees-free cross-border payment services.

IFC8 is unique as the only general freight network within the group to be headed by two females, Serene and Rachel, and their high levels of global industry expertise enables them to react to member needs and ensure partners are linked together in a productive business-boosting environment. IFC8 welcomes new members from across the globe that wish to grow their partnerships and create new trade lanes.

New members who join now will also be eligible to join this year’s annual conference. IFC8 rotates the location of their annual conference to a different region and this year’s event, the 6th of its kind, will be held 24-26 October in Prague, Czech Republic.

“The beauty of joining IFC8 is that we’re able to offer our members the dynamics of a closeknit network that comes with the resources of the world’s most powerful network, WCAworld” – Serene Kam and Rachel Tjong, Directors IFC8.
